Gina Trasacco joined the Atlantic Outboard team in January 2017 after pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University. Gina works directly with the sales team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience for all of our customers. Gina also works one on one with our service department to keep record of all warranty claims.

Paul started Atlantic Outboard in 1988 as a service shop repairing Johnson Outboards
30 years later, we have grown into one of the largest boat dealerships in New England and are ranked nationally for sales and service.
Paul is a very hands on owner and puts customer service at the forefront of his business.

Evan graduated in 2015 from the University of Tampa with a B.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Political Science.
For the last several years, Evan has received the “Club Elite” award from Pursuit Boats and was ranked the #1 salesperson for Robalo Boat in the Northeast Region in 2017. In 2023, Evan was the #2 Tiara Yachts Salesperson world-wide.
Captain Chris Landry
Sales Associate
Captain Chris Landry has spent his life on and around the waters of Long Island Sound. His passion for fishing lead him to pursue a career in the charter fishing industry. Chris worked as a deck hand on the charter vessel Dot-E-Dee and eventually working his way up to getting his Captains License in 2006.
After 10 years working full time on the boat, Chris was looking for a different path. Chris began working in Boat Sales for Atlantic Outboard in 2015. Chris uses knowledge for the water and his passion for fishing to help customers enhance their total boating experience.
Captain Joshua Berglund

Josh’s passion for boating began on the lakes and rivers of Texas, where he first developed a deep appreciation for life on the water. After high school, he moved to South Florida and transitioned into the world of yachting. Since then, he’s operated vessels ranging from 14 feet to over 400 feet, constantly expanding his knowledge of marine mechanics, vessel operations, and seamanship. He’s proudly held the role of boat captain since the age of 18, always striving to deliver the highest standard of safety, professionalism, and service on every voyage.

Dean is a resident of Westbrook, CT and has been around boats all of his life. He got his first boat as a gift from his grandparents at a very young age and has been hooked ever since. He keeps his boat at Westbrook Marine Center and enjoys fishing and boating in Long Island Sound. He also enjoys helping prospective boat owners make the best decision when purchasing their new boat.
Tim joined the Atlantic Outboard team in 2023, however Tim has been working with us for over a decade! Tim spent over 20 years at Pursuit Boats working in various positions, most recently as the Sale Support Manager. Tim joins the Atlantic Outboard team as the Director of Customer Relations and will be responsible for a large variety of things to enhance the boating experience for our customers.
Janet joined the Atlantic Outboard team in February 2021. She is the mastermind behind the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our websites AtlanticOutboard.com, PortlandBoatWorks.com, and HarborOneMarinaCT.com. In addition to her web expertise, Janet is responsible for filming and producing captivating videos for the Atlantic Outboard Youtube channel.
Born and raised in Old Saybrook, Tom brings a lifelong love for the water and a deep understanding of the local boating community. With his captain’s license and extensive experience on the water, Tom is committed to ensuring your time at the marina is stress-free and enjoyable. When he’s not on duty, you might just spot him cruising alongside you on his days off.

Noah is a lifelong boater of the Peconic Bays and Long Island Sound. Noah has vast experience in every aspect of marinas and boat service, and is excited to be the liaison between our customers and technicians to help provide outstanding service and keep you on the water longer.
Jeremy Cimmino grew up along the Niantic River, where summers were spent on the water from a young age. That early connection to boating and the outdoors continues today—he now lives along the Connecticut River in East Haddam and regularly enjoys time on the water with his wife and their dog, Milow, aboard their boat Doggy Paddle.
With over a decade of dedicated service in the automotive industry, Jeremy brings extensive hands-on experience and a strong customer-focused approach to his work. His background in automotive service has equipped him with deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for helping others keep your boat running reliably.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Jeremy out on the river, exploring new spots with his family, or maintaining the boat he loves. His blend of professional expertise and outdoor enthusiasm reflects a well-rounded perspective that he brings to every role.
Rhea Milardo

Rhea was raised on the CT shoreline. Her love of the water expanded into 30 plus years running a family owned business that included installation of marine electronics and boat deliveries. Further, she worked for more than 29 years in law enforcement, which included the marine patrol division, patrolling the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound. Now, Rhea brings her passion for the water and wealth of experience to Atlantic Outboard, eager to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with customers and fellow boating enthusiasts.

John Miller

John joined Atlantic Outboard in 2023 and started our in-house canvas shop in the Westbrook Marine Center building. John has been on Long Island Sound since 1970 and has sailed and raced sail boats from the age of 13. After purchasing a vintage 45-foot Chris Craft Commander 7 years ago, he started replacing the canvas and clear panels. Having found a new passion for canvas fabrication, he has honed his skills to enjoy a full-time position with Atlantic Outboard. Stop by or call to discuss your needs with him.

Captain Dan Wood
Pro-Staff
As a member of Atlantic Outboard Pro Staffs, Dan is currently running Robalo’s flagship 2022 R302 powered with twin Yamaha 300s.
While receiving his degrees at the University of Alaska, Capt. Dan Wood received his U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License in 1980, and currently holds a 100 Ton Master’s License. As the owner/operator of Connecticut Woods and Water Guide Service, Dan brings with him over 40 years of in-depth knowledge of the local waters. He is one of the only full-time guides in the Northeast, guiding saltwater fly and light tackle fishing trips during the spring, summer and fall.
In 2006 and 2007 Dan participated in the FLW Striper Series where he had numerous top 5 finishes, placing 4th in the 2006 National Championship Tournament.

Blue is a 7 year old Black Lab and can be seen frequently walking the docks at Westbrook Marine Center. He loves the boat and is a fan favorite for all who visit.
