Westbrook, CT — On Saturday, August 2, 2025, Atlantic Outboard proudly hosted the 6th Annual Duck Island Raft Party, welcoming over 500 boats and more than 2,500 attendees to the waters off Duck Island for a day of fun, music, and community. Thank you to all our attendees and people that donated! The event raised $5,780 for the Connecticut Marine Trades Association (CMTA) Scholarship Fund, which supports the next generation of marine industry professionals. Atlantic Outboard matched all proceeds collected, bringing the total donation to $11,560. This brings the total donated over the last six years to $43,243 to local nonprofits.
Boaters enjoyed live music from the Saltwater Sons and showed off their creativity with island-themed boat decorations—all while celebrating the boating lifestyle in true Long Island Sound fashion.
